About the Role
As a Financial Analyst at Reed Tech, you will support the Finance team with reporting, analysis, and planning activities that enable informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain foundational experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and performance tracking in a global business environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and receive mentorship and support as you develop your career.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
• Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business (preferred but not required)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas); familiarity with PowerPoint
• Eagerness to learn financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
