Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The Financial Analyst I, EHC, plays a key role in supporting the financial management and decision-making processes within the organization. This entry-level position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial goals are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders. Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Work closely with more senior financial analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans. Extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data. Assist in conducting cost-benefit analysis for various projects. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements. Contribute to the development of financial models to simulate different scenarios. Assist in analyzing the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Document financial processes and procedures. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management. Provide insights into specific financial issues or inquiries. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required.
