• ssist with preparation of quarterly financial presentations for the board of directors by developing clear variance analysis and explanation

• ork side-by-side with Channel Marketing Mangers to develop, analyze, and provide insight regarding sales tactics to facilitate sales and margin growth / improvements.

• nteract with corporate controller’s office to publish various flash reports during the monthly close process

• ead in preparation of monthly financial reports detailing performance versus plan and forecast

A

• ssist VP Finance with monthly forecast development detailing performance versus plan and forecast

P

• rovide financial oversight for Sales Incentive Plan calculations, corresponding financial accruals, and reporting

D

• rive meaningful ad hoc analysis that facilitates business growth and profitability improvement

A

• ssist in the consolidation of the annual strategic plan update

D

• evelop new reporting templates and ad hoc analysis as needed

• erform Account and Hyperion Essbase structure maintenance

D

• uties require expert PC skills in use of Excel and Essbase, and proficient skills in PowerPoint and Word.

• ood baseline working knowledge of Oracle Finance EBS Suite and BI reporting module.

• trong systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
