Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role works closely with Senior Financial Analysts and is a great opportunity for someone with strong data analysis skills and a passion for partnering with the business to drive performance. If you enjoy working with numbers, spotting trends, and supporting decision-making, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning – Assist in coordinating and driving the preparation of various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets and profitability analysis.
  • Financial Reporting - Deliver variance analysis at period and quarter end; highlight key trends and risks to provide managers with helpful insights.
  • Financial Analysis – Analyze revenue and cost trends, reconcile client level data, and support business improvements.
  • Commercial modelling – Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, growth, and strategy decisions.
  • Business Partnering – Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Corporate reporting – Prepare accurate reports on a weekly/monthly basis; help automate and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of finance experience in a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with confidence in presenting findings clearly.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot-tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs)
  • Power Bl and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems (Essbase) is a plus.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and business challenges.
