EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in Accounting or Finance
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a financial analytics role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Excellent financial modeling and problem solving skills with attention to detail; ability to step back and analyze the overall business impact.
- Exemplary overall business skills not limited to the scope of responsibilities to FP&A, but helps to develop solutions to broad business issues.
- Strong command of Excel is a requirement. Experience with PowerPoint, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP, and Hyperion Planning preferred.
- Forward-thinking, highly ethical, functions well in a collaborative and changing environment
- Professional and proactive communication capabilities, identifying and addressing issues through open dialogue
- Highly skilled at prioritizing and leading several concurrent tasks
