The Right Profile We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Financial Analyst / Senior Analyst to take ownership of accounting and bookkeeping for a specific legal entity within our global group. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet, supporting regulatory and statutory reporting, and driving reconciliations across financial and operational data. You will work closely with Finance, Data, and Operations teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that combines structured processes with some manual workflows. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping: Own end-to-end entity bookkeeping, from general ledger maintenance to the delivery of accurate monthly P&L and Balance Sheets. Regulatory & Audit: Lead statutory reporting and audit cycles, ensuring full compliance with local standards and seamless documentation delivery. Data & Reconciliations: Resolve discrepancies across bank, intercompany, and operational datasets by partnering with Data teams to ensure ledger integrity. Process Improvement: Drive month-end efficiency and scalability by refining internal controls and transitioning manual workflows into streamlined processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA is a plus). 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting/bookkeeping. Demonstrated understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting systems. Experience working with large datasets and manual reconciliations. High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to international finance operations (especially Hong Kong, Australia, or Singapore) will be a strong advantage. Proven ability to leverage LLMs and automation tools to optimize financial workflows, clean messy datasets, and accelerate reporting cycles.
