The Role This role will be based on-site at our Austin, TX headquarters and report to the FP&A Manager. We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing electric motor manufacturing company. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for providing critical financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the business. Your work will directly influence the company's financial strategy and help drive operational efficiency and growth. Responsibilities Develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Create a Budget vs Actuals process to facilitate the conversation with leadership Prepare monthly analysis of financial results and key performance indicators Support regular reporting to our Board of Directors and major investors Analyze potential new product initiatives and develop business cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial models Support financial system implementation, automation, and process optimization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred) 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, ideally in manufacturing Prior experience as an investment banking analyst is a strong plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle or SAP is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical/Dental/Vision) 401(k) – Traditional and Roth Stock Options Open Paid Time Off (PTO) 12 Paid Holidays Potential Relocation Assistance
