As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will focus on automating existing reports to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis. This role involves collaborating with various functions within the department and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project outputs. Your contributions will help streamline financial processes and improve overall reporting quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly closing and reporting
  • Perform the inter company reconciliation check to ensure accuracy in Group Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting
  • Review the monthly journal postings for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) at country level, identifying and addressing any abnormalities.
  • Financial Performance Analysis


    • Assist in preparing month-end financial performance slides and perform variance analysis on group COGS, comparing actual results to budgeted figures.

    • Support the preparation of the annual group budget and handle ad-hoc analysis requests from external stakeholders.
    • Strategic Initiatives and Projects
    • Support global strategic initiatives to improve profitability by analyzing financial data, developing actionable plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
