JOB OFFER

As Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for working with local finance teams and the Global Shared Services team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. You will analyze performance against budget, forecast and prior year, and prepare the monthly reporting for these results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous FP&A or other analytical experience
  • Bachelor of Accounting / Management Accounting, or Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant (preferred)
  • Experience with accounting software; preferably ORACLE, SUN Accounting, Cognos
  • High level or Excel skills
  • Analytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis to management
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Excellent spoken and written English
Responsibilities
  • Managing the Overall P&L for the Operations locations under your control
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for the month end close
  • Perform GP Analysis by client and case type, for Monthly reporting and Ad hoc business requirements
  • Prepare and update the headcount tracker & Capacity Planning/Staffing Model for all HC/FTE
  • Preparation of Monthly reporting pack as required
  • Build a strong communication structure with key stakeholders
  • Participate in the target setting and budgeting/forecasting processes for P&L performance
  • Lead the preparation of the budget database through use of TM1
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by Finance Manager or Financial Controller
