Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial performance and drivers
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identify trends, and provide recommendations
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
