his role supports the law firm's financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis functions. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis for partners, practice groups, and firm management.

- Analysing revenue, work in progress, debtors, utilisation, realisation, recoverability, lock-up, and matter profitability.

- Supporting the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including preparation of financial models and assumptions.

- Providing analysis on business unit, office, partner, client, and matter performance.
