• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams regarding sales productivity, reporting and financial metrics (Daily sales reports, WTD, QTD, YTD Analysis)
• Prepare variance analyses by each dimension of the business.
• Work on new feasibility studies, design and develop project report and presentation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPI.
• Identify areas for revenue opportunities through product mix analysis.
• Serve as Finance liaison to departments by working closely with them in understanding their business, supporting their initiatives, and general financial inquiries
• Identify and research sales variances regarding forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses
• Assist in automating the reporting process
• Ad hoc business reporting and analysis as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.
