As a central element within the Finance organization, Corporate Finance & Controlling ensures the financial health and resilience of the company. Within the department, the Legal Entity Controlling team will provide transparency and foresight to detect risks in and compliantly steer profit distribution across our legal entities.
The Financial Analyst Legal Entity Controlling will play a key supporting role in ensuring transparency and compliant financial oversight across adidas’ global legal entities, supporting the establishment and execution of a legal entity review process based on transparent and digestible financials. This position offers a unique opportunity to build foundational expertise in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, as well as cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the development of standardized reporting packages for adidas legal entities, presenting financials in a clear and digestible manner
• Assists in analyzing legal entity financials across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to identify performance trends and variances
• Helps monitoring intercompany transactions and supports risk identification related to entity interdependencies
• Participates in the preparation of the legal entity review process, prepares inputs and coordinates stakeholders
• Maintains financial templates and dashboards to support review and steering processes
• Collaborates with Corporate and Market Finance teams to gather data and ensure alignment across reporting
• Supports the team in ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and project initiatives related to legal entity health and performance
