How you’ll contribute The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting forecast preparation, site-related management reporting, inventory transaction processing and inventory valuations, adjustments and reconciliations. This individual provides data inputs for analytics support from Enterprise Business Services and supports local market specific financial reporting as needed. To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential functions below: • Assists in site-based data entry and reporting activities including performing expense revenue allocations, variance & trend analysis, profit /cost center analysis. • Performs daily charge reconciliation. • Prepares non-recurring journal entries. • Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Maintains regular and reliable attendance. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (Accounting preferred) with one year of experience in financial statement preparation and strong technical and computer experience. Bachelor’s degree may be waived with applicable experience. Experience: Previous health care and general ledger experience preferred. Must have strong organizational, analytical and objective problem-solving skills. Team oriented mentality with flexibility to accommodate a variety of circumstances, while maintaining ownership and accountability of goals.
