REPORTS TO: Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations and Director of Curriculum, Instruction and AssessmentPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.0 Review accounts payable invoices on a bi-weekly basis and maintain necessary documentation as required.2.0 Maintain spreadsheets and process invoices related to tuitions, athletics, grants/donations, LEEF, transportation, utilities, and others as needed.3.0 Assist in the submission and management of federal, state, and private grants and associated accounting transactions.4.0 Manage the bus registration process, issue passes, submission of deposits, necessary record keeping.5.0 Verify and tabulate all receipts received by the Business Office and submit turnover sheets to Town Treasurer.6.0 Manage facility requests, issues building use requests, issues invoices to renters, and responsible for communicating with school personnel on building rental use.7.0 Processes and calculates subsidy and meal applications.8.0 Process district purchase orders and encumber those purchase orders in the financial system.9.0 Match invoices to purchase orders and submit for payment.10.0 Processing of stipends related to professional development and credit and salary advancement. Assist in the preparation and distribution of information for administrative committees and provide support for committee meetings, as well as, prepare for New Employee Orientationand district-wide Professional Development Days.11.0 Monitoring licensure tracking and communication to staff regarding status as needed.12.0 Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, address inquires, direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, answer and forward incoming telephone calls. Maintain security by following visitor procedures.13.0 Assist with registration of new students when necessary.14.0 Update as needed, TeachPoint Evaluation software. Monitor on time reports for various milestones.
Monitor end-of-year evaluation completeness.15.0 Such other duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent of Schools or Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NON
