KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of accounting, designated CPA or pursuing designation is preferred and 3-5+ years of related experience;
  • Exceptional organization /project management skills required;
  • Strong accounting and external financial reporting knowledge;
  • Good understanding of business processes (Revenue Cycle, Procurement Cycle);
  • Knowledge of Workday, Great Plains, Cognos, Tower and Trux are assets;
  • Knowledge of the waste management business is an asset;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Knowledge of project management tools is an asset;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment; and
  • Detailed focused.
