Job Description The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining financial models for projects primarily within the CEE pipeline, as well as selected external opportunities. The role provides asset-level profitability assessments and plays a key role in supporting investment decisions, strategic planning, and project structuring. Core focus areas: Estimating project profitability to support investment and development decision-making Valuing the project pipeline for strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting Providing financial recommendations on project definition, including technical configuration, offtake strategy, and optimal financing structure. Key responsibilities: Develop, adapt and maintain financial models in line with applicable tax frameworks, regulations, and evolving business models across geographies Build financial models incorporating proposed technical configurations to support optimal project design Prepare financial models with different lending and/of offtake agreement proposals Deliver asset-level profitability reporting and performance metrics Conduct sensitivity analysis for investment proposals Prepare and maintain input sheets and track supporting documentation Support participation in bids and auctions, including price recommendations and financial strategy input. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 1–2 years of experience in financial modeling and/or renewable energy Solid DCF modeling and project finance knowledge Advanced Excel skills; VBA or other programming languages are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with debt or PPA structuring is an advantage Fluent in English; German or Polish is a plus.
