• Develop and enhance the analysis of all performance data from sales and service to better understand past performance and improve future planning and control.
• Provide commentary on the results of created analyses, highlighting long-term trends and event-driven short-term impacts.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to interpret analyses and develop further approaches.
• Track previous decisions to ensure operational improvements are successfully implemented.
• Support in forecasting, budgeting, and tracking processes in daily business operations.
