FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & BUDGETING

• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of the company’s budget.
• Support in developing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for leasing and real estate projects.
• Analyze budget variances, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to cost control strategies by identifying inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or relevant certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA are a plus).

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control (preferably in real estate or leasing).
• Strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience using ERP systems, financial software, and budgeting tools.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, or financial management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
