REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 1-3 years’ experience in FP&A, reporting, KPI and revenue analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture
  • Proactivity and fluency in English
    It would be beneficial for the candidate to have the ability to work with financial and reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, CXF/CMR, SPEND, OneStream, BOXI, and Power BI (PBI). Experience working in a global organization is highly valued, as is knowledge of other European languages.

Responsibilities
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting processes, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Plan
  • Consolidate and summarize risks and opportunities related to regional and functional forecasts
  • Create various financial templates for use across all regions
  • Communicate key dates and drive deadlines across the region
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and models, as required, in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements and leverage information systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes
