Join us.  A day in the life:   As a Financial Analyst at Monster Energy, you'll dive into the thrilling world of financial data analysis, focusing on both internal dynamics and our exciting bottler relationships. Collaborate with a variety of dynamic teams, both within Monster Energy and externally, to ensure our expenses and annual commercial Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) are fueled with precision. You'll be the pulse monitoring our budget, providing electrifying feedback to leadership on actual versus budgeted expenditures. Your role will empower you to create purchase orders and execute high-impact ad hoc reports, driving Monster Energy's success to new heights!       The impact you’ll make: * Provide analytical support to business teams in regard to Customer and Channel pricing performance against agreed- upon contractual commitments. * Tracking Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) and marketing spend for assigned region and bottler(s) in SAP and ensure the marketing support is applied to the correct budget. Support quarterly DME reclassification. * Assist commercial and finance to correctly assign the commercial expense correctly, reclass as appropriate. * Assist with auditing quantities and amounts in copacker invoices presented by the bottlers. * Assist in negotiating sales price to bottlers through value chains analysis. * Collaborate with internal teams as well as our external partners to develop commercial and financial performance forecasts, projections, and plans – annual budget. * Reconcile all financial matters such as accounts payment and accounts receivable (AP, AR)invoices matching with payment. * Reconcile all financial matters such as AP/AR invoices matching with payment. * Perform monthly and quarterly detailed analysis of financial statements to explain variances against prior years, budgets, etc.          Who you are:    * Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting, Finance or related field of study * Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in progressive financial, accounting * Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in accounting principles, financial concepts, data analysis * Computer Skills Desired: Strong experience with SAP or other similar ERP financial software. * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint * Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Great understanding of GAAP and understanding of accounting transactions. * Advance skill in the English language preferred
