JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary: The Financial Analyst, with 0-3 years of experience, will play a crucial role in our finance department, assisting in the development, analysis, and interpretation of financial information to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial stability and growth of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA).
• Experience with FP&A software (Vena) is a plus.
• Experience in the pest control or home services sector.
• Creating sales forecasts and working with statistical data.
• Previous exposure to working with senior management teams.
