About the Role: As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Corporate Operations to analyze financial data, support accounts receivable processes, and contribute to key business initiatives. This role may also involve assisting in potential future fundraising efforts, preparing financial analyses and documentation for investors if required. You’ll have the opportunity to grow within our organization and make a meaningful impact on our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data to provide insights on revenues, costs, and operational performance. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and guide decision-making. Support financial reporting efforts, including generating periodic reports on key financial metrics. Collaborate with internal teams and clients on invoicing and accounts receivable processes as needed. Assist the Head of Corporate Operations in preparing for potential future fundraising efforts, including creating financial analyses and investor-ready documentation. Work closely with outsourced accountants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial compliance. Qualifications & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (or related fields) with a strong focus on finance. Knowledge of the fundraising process and working with potential investors is desirable; practical experience is a plus. Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel (or Google Sheets), and data analysis. Familiarity with accounts receivable and invoicing workflows is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a business environment. Experience in a startup or tech environment is strongly preferred Ideal Candidate Attributes: Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
