Financial Analyst Position Overview: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing key financial processes, including weekly closing activities, inventory reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, and journal entries. You will provide financial analysis, explain key financial indicators, and assist the finance and accounting team with additional tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee weekly closing activities. Reconcile inventory accounts for finished goods, ingredients, packaging, and spare parts. Manage fixed assets and capital expenditures in compliance with company policies and GAAP. Conduct financial analysis, monitor variances, and suggest process improvements. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. 3 to 5 years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of business finance and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent time management, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities. Problem-solving skills with a focus on financial data analysis. Experience in working in fast-paced environments.
