We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accounting analysis, cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation to support strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or working toward certification is a strong asset.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, month ends, cost accounting and manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High degree of integrity.
