Financial Analyst
OSG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in our Carol Stream, IL office. This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning data into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A roles.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner across teams.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting tools a plus.
