This permanent role reports to the FP&A Manager. You will play a key role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Your Key Responsibilities are 1) Budgeting and Forecasting Develop annual budgets in collaboration with business units. Prepare periodic forecasts to reflect updated expectations. Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets. 2) Financial Reporting and Analysis Prepare management reports - Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly results including variance analysis versus plan and forecast risks and opportunities Provide insights into business performance, trends and key financial metrics. 3) Business Partnering Help departments understand their cost structures and financial performance. Work with key stakeholders to determine key performance indicators, business metrics and monitor progress towards goals. What You Will Need to be Successful Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI (desktop and mobile) for data analysis and trend identification Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach Apply today to join us and build what’s next!
