Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our FP&A team, supporting Payroll Planning & Control. In this role, you will be creating, accessing, and critically analyzing financial data. You will work closely with several different business stakeholders (finance and non-finance), and you will be essential to translating complex data into simple and understandable recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Perform analysis for actuals and forecasts, assessing KPIs (cost per head development, hirings, turnover, FTE growth, risks, and opportunities), collect and provide insightful commentary.
  • Monitoring and control of temporary spend for HQ – accruals, invoice allocation, and reporting.
  • Support the budgeting and reforecasting process for payroll planning and headcount management across the region through prioritization of investments and cost optimization.
  • Closely work with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Business Controllers through strong and trusted relationships and support decision-making with financial implications.
  • Support in the implementation of automation and initiatives to improve processes through dashboards, reports, and systems.
  • Support with deep dives, presentations to management, and ad-hoc requests.
