JOB SUMMARY:  We are looking for a results-driven Financial Analyst (Pricing) to join our Pricing team. In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies that support profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships and enhance long-term value creation. You will analyze customer profiles, expected sales volumes, and location dynamics to optimize pricing decisions with the objective of maintaining and improving ROIC. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to build pricing models, assess performance, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the pricing function.  This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful recommendations that guide business growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  * Develop and present pricing proposals and solutions that support both new business opportunities and existing customer accounts. * Analyze pricing performance, identify gaps, opportunities, and trends in pricing performance, and recommend adjustments to improve profitability and competitive positioning.  * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to coordinate and deliver successful pricing initiatives.  * Work with data and analytical platforms to identify challenges, develop recommendations, and measure success in partnership with stakeholders. * Support change initiatives by leading operational teams through the adoption and integration of new tools, processes, and reporting systems. * Lead or support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean-related analysis, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness. * Support change management and implementation of new pricing models and tools. * Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or other members of management. JOB-RELATED COMPETENCIES:  Desired Skills * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret both structured and unstructured data while applying creative approaches to business challenges. * Demonstrates self-motivation and effectiveness in a remote or independent work environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, thrive under pressure, and create order in ambiguous environments. * Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data modeling; VBA and Power Query experience preferred. * Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI Desktop is an advantage. * Exhibits high levels of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness. * Possesses professionalism and excellent communication skills, enabling clear idea-sharing, cross-team collaboration, and informed decision-making.    EDUCATION/OTHER: *  Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or a related field preferred) * 3 - 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on finance and operational reporting * Ability to travel (up to 10%)
