Job Description Job Description Are you and experienced finance professional that is looking for your next opportunity to include significant involvement in FP&A, financial and business analytics, modeling and investment decisions, driving standardization, benchmarking, continuous improvement and best practices? If you answered yes, then read on. You will be a true business partner and point of contact with the regional & plant management teams. Where you can make a difference is through: • Month end analysis, reporting & management communications, monthly forecasting, annual and long-term planning and budgeting • Key Business Partner responsible for: revenue generation or cost reduction opportunity identification and implementation, profitability analysis and improvement, assist with working capital management, identify and implement operational efficiencies, continuous improvement, process improvement and benchmarking initiatives, assist with defining and setting strategy, in addition to delivering top notch customer service internally and externally as a face of the finance organization • Assist with contract negotiations for customer, vendor, labor, and warehouse contracts • Handle complex and high-level financial analysis, including financial modeling, what-if scenarios, capital and investment justifications, and ROI analysis • Administer standardization and best practice efforts for the organization (one consistent and standard way) • Partner with the Accounting group to understand key drivers of the financial statements, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate to drive change • Assist in month end close duties • Primary point of contact for Regional General Manager(s) and Plant Managers on finance related topics Qualifications Qualifications If you are a highly analytical, driven, results-oriented candidate with an exceptional work ethic, great attitude and strategic mindset that will take APM Finance to the next level, while engaging with the AZZ TRAITS Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Teamwork, and Safety, we want to talk to you.
