FINANCIAL ANALYST Dunbridge, OH     Principle Business Enterprises (PBE) is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role you will partner with leaders across the organization to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis that helps drive profitable growth. This is a high-visibility role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and ready to make an impact.   What You’ll Do   Business Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting * Participate in the development of annual and strategic financial plans and forecast updates * Source data from various stakeholders for input into the financial forecast model, and generate and review financial forecasts * Analyze cost trends, labor and non-labor cost scaling, and create comparison metrics to validate cost assumptions * Own and support financial reporting and analysis needs across various business segments and functions * Help lead process improvements around closing and reporting, and support improved data integrity across the organization Analysis & Periodic Reporting * Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements and month-end close reporting * Prepare analyses that identify, evaluate, and communicate business results, trends, and outlooks * Build dashboards and reports using transactional data to help departments track progress in visually clear formats * Share findings with leadership through presentations, written insights, and verbal interactions * Respond to ad hoc analysis requests in a timely manner with concise, well-organized results * Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation, investment opportunities, rate of return, and financial statements Continuous Improvement * Lead process improvement projects to create standardized templates and tools that support consolidation and reporting workflows * Monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve the company’s financial performance * Recognize and act on opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiency across the team What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required * 3 to 5 years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience * Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with QAD preferred * Experience with Qlik and/or Planful is a plus * Demonstrated ability to analyze, sort, and accurately report on large volumes of data in a timely manner * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment * Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes ownership, works through ambiguity, and drives toward outcomes * Genuinely curious; asks good questions, seeks root cause, and brings an authentic interest in understanding the business * Must be open to working in-person at our Dunbridge, Ohio location Join a Team That Changes Lives Principle Business Enterprises, Inc.
