Job Title: Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Financial Analysts to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will support Financial Planning and Analysis inputs, prepare management reports, assist in long-range strategy planning, and provide internal consulting. You will also work with Business Intelligence (BI) tools to drive data-driven decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with Planning, Reporting, BI, and visualization systems; Planful/Host Analytics and PowerBI preferred.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Netsuite a plus; working knowledge of PROCAS would be highly welcomed.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • High level of initiative and ability to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to think and workplan independently without substantive handson supervision
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Likely a remote/hybrid position which will require candidates to be onsite at company HQ 12 times per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and support multiple seniorlevel clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong background in using BI tools and advanced Excel modeling.
