Description We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can act as a true business partner to leadership, bringing structure, forward-looking insight, and financial discipline while remaining adaptable to the realities of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities As a Financial Analyst at V2A, you will: Serve as the firm’s financial planning and performance management partner, supporting leadership with forward-looking financial insights Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and growth plans Monitor and optimize utilization, margins, and profitability across teams and client engagements Evaluate the financial impact of growth initiatives, including new services, pricing strategies, and capacity expansion Translate financial data into clear, decision-ready insights, dashboards, and executive-level presentations Support leadership in setting, tracking, and managing growth expectations, including capacity, revenue, and individual performance implications Bring structure and rigor to financial planning, while maintaining flexibility in a growing consulting firm environment Requirements We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who brings both technical depth and business judgment: Strong FP&A and managerial accounting background, ideally within professional services, consulting, or project-based environments Big 4 or comparable advisory experience preferred, with the ability to operate independently in a less rigid, entrepreneurial setting Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Power BI and modern data analysis tools to drive insight—not just reporting Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, decision-oriented narratives for senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders High level of ownership, maturity, and judgment, with comfort navigating ambiguity, managing expectations, and supporting growth dynamics Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Why This Role Matters - This role offers a unique opportunity to: Influence strategic decision-making at the leadership level Help shape the financial foundation of a growing consulting firm Apply structured financial thinking in a flexible, high-impact environment Work closely with leaders who value insight, clarity, and thoughtful growth
