Cost strategy & analysis

• Support the development, maintenance, and refinement of cost models for core payment and payout products, services, and features.
• Conduct monthly invoice reconciliations across roughly 20-30 gateway partners, comparing partner-reported costs against internal data sources (e.g., internal reports) to validate invoice accuracy.
• Assist in comprehensive cost analysis to improve cost capture within internal systems.
• Update and maintain cost parameters within the Rapyd Billing Organization (RBO) system to reflect negotiated gateway terms.
• Collaborate with the PayOps team to support cost strategies and RBO capability improvements, including flagging workarounds where the system doesn't yet fully reflect real-world cost structures.
