Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

A day in the life of a Real Estate Financial Analyst VF looks a little like this.
You will play a key financial modeling role for all VF Real Estate needs including new stores, relocations, remodels, and renewals across 700 stores between seven VF brands (Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Dickies, Icebreaker, Kipling, Altra).

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • You will be responsible for loading financial models and related backup into Coupa for approval.
  • You will update and manage the WEA Tracker as a go to source for all completed deals.
  • You will prepare post audits on new stores, relocations, remodels to determine the accuracy of the initial projection and to sharpen projections going forward.
  • You will partner with brand Finance teams to validate projections.
  • Be curious and seek to understand variances.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Other ad hoc analysis as needed to support the business.

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, these are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Understanding of financial statements
