2. Conduct property viewings and negotiate on behalf of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
4. Keep accurate records of your sales pipeline and transactions
5. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
