• Assist in developing and maintaining financial forecasts within the company’s enterprise planning software (Workday Adaptive Planning), with a focus on production channel performance across Retail, Wholesale, and Consumer Direct.
• Design, update, and validate financial models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Drive daily and monthly reporting of key performance indicators for production finance.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational forecasts, including detailed variance analysis, trend commentary, and executive-ready insights.
• Analyze financial performance and collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable operational and strategic improvements.
• Build and refine operating capacity models to support resource allocation, staffing optimization, and production efficiency.
• Support initiatives that improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance profitability.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis using large datasets to address key business questions and guide decision-making.
• Actively contribute to cross-functional projects by providing financial insights and delivering data-driven recommendations on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.
