In this role, you will be responsible for analysing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities Analyse financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders. Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Track KPIs and prepare dashboards and performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and support decision-making. Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets. Support in identifying cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial analysis or management accounting role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis. Experience using financial systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms. Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop suitable for remote work.
