Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and manage solar, wind, and BESS projects throughout their lifecycle by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. • Build and manage detailed financial models to assess renewable energy projects and acquisition opportunities. • Understand and assess different Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structures, including utility-scale bids and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments. • Collaborate with Energy Origination/Markets, Business Development, Project Development, and Operations teams on greenfield renewable projects across technologies. • Monitor and interpret Indian renewable energy market trends, regulatory developments, and policy frameworks, and analyze their impact on project economics. • Support fundraising activities by preparing documentation and leading due diligence efforts, including managing investor queries and responses. • Contribute to various internal and external reporting requirements, including investor presentations, CIMS documentation, Investment Committee (IC) presentations, etc. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Exposure to renewable energy project evaluation, due diligence, or transaction support is highly preferred. Good understanding of Indian power markets, regulatory policies, and PPA structures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Why Join Us?
