Our Vision: Powering better health through pharmacy care driven by tech, trust and heart Our Mission: To deliver pharmacy care where access is effortless, care is affordable and patients come first.   Summary: This position is responsible for various billing functions on the Revenue Cycle team.  The ideal candidate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities related to the revenue cycle process, helping to optimize revenue generation and ensure accurate financial performance.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Assist in analyzing revenue cycle data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. * Support month-end and quarterly financial close processes related to revenue cycle activities. * Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including billing, collections, and operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition. * Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness. * Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned. * Maintain and update financial models and forecasting tools related to revenue cycle performance. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy benefits. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. * Microsoft SQL experience preferred. * Basic understanding of revenue cycle processes and healthcare finance is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Work Environment / Physical Demands This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
