Join our FP&A team based in our North Sydney office. Reporting to our Revenue Lead, you will play a key role in providing financial and commercial support to the Sales and Product team for our ANZ business. The purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between Finance & Sales and partner closely with our commercial organisations to support them in driving our business’s ongoing growth efforts What You'll Do Collaborate closely with Sales & Product leaders to support P&L management. Manage monthly close and forecasting for revenue and related costs. Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with a focus on month-end close. Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact. Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis. Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function. What You Need 5 + years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner, supporting P&L management. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, especially regarding forecasting and month-end close. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, with a focus on challenging and collaborating. Proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Oracle, Tableau, or similar financial/reporting systems. Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles.
