REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interpret lease language and critical financial details
• Experience with real estate industry software and tools
