S3I is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our F&A team at our corporate HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs as a key technical expert on financial functional areas; such as, AP/AR, Reconciliations, Depreciation, and others. Prepares special reports and financial studies for management. May conduct and lead financial audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of working knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration along with 8 years of general finance experience.
  • Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and CAS compliance.
  • 3 years of Costpoint experience required.
  • 3years of Federal contract pricing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial functions as assigned in AP/AR, Reconciliations, and Depreciation.
  • Plan, track, analyze, and report financial status of multiple projects, and, varying contract types, size, complexity, and level of risk execution.
  • Work with contract managers with Costpoint PSRs in compliance with FAR/DFAR, CPSR, and CAS regulations.
  • Conduct and lead internal audits and support federal external audits.
