To provide overall support to the treasury department. Key Responsibilities: Reviews and processes Business Units banks’ forms, requests and applications (LCs, LGs, opening and closing accounts) on a timely basis and identifies and resolves incomplete, missing and inconsistent information. Prepares daily/monthly/quarterly/annual Internal reports, presentations and analyses and other ad hoc reports, as requested by management. Prepares daily/monthly/quarterly/annual External reports, presentations and analyses other ad hoc reports, as requested by external parties. Assists Treasurer in reviewing banks credit facilities (FOL), identifies risk areas, assists in negotiating terms, conditions and covenants with banks and formulates recommendations to Treasury Manager, CFO and Senior Management. Supports the Treasurer in implementing risk management initiatives and investment opportunities and analysis of various structures, new ventures and business opportunities. Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated cash flow analyses, compares actuals to projections, explains material variances and formulates action plans. Supports the Treasurer in collecting information related to the cash management procedures (i.e. mainly liquidity solutions and cash pooling). Monitors the authority matrix for banks and financial institutions and updates it as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction. FMAA Certificate is a Plus. Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documents, and BOQs. Process excellence, planning and organizing, attention to detail, customer service, risk management and result orientation. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office, and project management tools. What makes a true AMANAian?
