Description Position Summary Plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units as well as its corporate functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within corporate SG&A functions (IT, Marketing, Administrative expenses). Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal sources to identify opportunities for improvement within the SG&A functions of the company Maintain and update financial models to project business performance. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. Monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and suggest ways to enhance financial performance Perform ad-hoc requests. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Critical thinking Technical and analytical Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university Investment Banking or Public Accounting experience is a plus Two (2) plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Real Estate industry preferred. Experience with MRI or comparable software is preferred. Experience with Power BI or Snowflake is preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a background and credit screen
