Description:
Tenneco is looking for a Financial Analyst responsible for performing Accounts Receivable related reporting as well as managing the Aftermarket’s cash receipts forecasts. In addition, this person will assist in the month end close process of creating journal entries, reconciling GL accounts, and recommending bad debt reserves. FA must be skilled at using excel and can manipulate data efficiently.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be fluent to speak and write in Spanish and English
- At minimum: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles including GAAP.
- Excel knowledge required.
- SAP ERP, OneStream, PowerBI, SharePoint knowledge preferred.

- Manage 13 Week cash receipts forecast for aftermarket receivables.
- Daily cash collections reporting
- Create and consolidate month end reporting graphs for NAAM AR & Latin America.
- Calculate outstanding factored AR balances along with managing factoring bank relationships.
- Calculate bad debt reserve recommendations for three BUs.
- Calculate and record reclass journal entries.
- Reconcile multiple General Ledger accounts.
- Assist with Internal & External AR audit controls.
- Manage due diligence reporting & roll forwards for AR related factoring initiatives.
- Assist with Unclaimed Property for Accounts Receivable Aftermarket and partner with consulting team.
- Create AR summary reports for Finance Department.
- Calculate and manage credit limit reviews and old item reviews.
- Ad hoc reporting.
