REPORTS TO:

Senior Financial Analyst & Senior Manager, Finance
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is designed for a well-rounded analyst who can adapt to various responsibilities, and provide support across multiple finance functions. Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Manager, Finance, this position will play a key role in financial analysis & reporting, process improvements, and acquisition implementation. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with accounts payable and other finance-related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems; experience with Yardi is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Enrollment in or willingness to pursue a CPA designation is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT & BACKUP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a backup for team members during vacations or absences, ensuring continuity in financial operations.
• Provide support in accounts payable and other finance-related tasks as needed.
