Job Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing data for companys operational costs (operation orders) Setting, Developing and analyzing standard costs depending on feedback. Establishing costs allocation for all business processes such as materials, labor and other administration costs, Manage and coordinate the key financial measures (revenue, gross profit, expense, profit and cash), and also advise on cost reducing techniques Check costs, allocations assigned with Trial balance to ensure accuracy of his/her recordings. comparing the company's performance across different periods to gain insights into its financial health Track receivables, follow up customer collections, report discrepancies Preparing control reports and presenting their findings to management Coordinating with warehouse, purchasing and sales staff to manage inventory levels, forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patterns Processing and documenting, invoicing damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal Using inventory management software and systems to track and analyze inventory trends and performance Assist in the preparation of financial reports Master data creation for Profit centers and Cost centers on ERP SAP system Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint. One to three years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, is preferred. Proficiency in using SAP is preferred.
