We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, experience in cost and margin analysis, and the ability to predict financial outcomes based on operational changes. The ideal candidate will support the business in providing actionable insights into financial performance and support our team in achieving our financial and business goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment.
Work Style: Fully remote
Authorized Work Location: The position is remote; however work must be performed from one of the following countries: Ireland, Poland, Finland
Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; certification or graduate degrees preferred
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, business intelligence financial software)
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and gross margin (GM) concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-disciplined, dependable, and results-oriented
  • Experience with financial analysis for various customer types and service lines is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meticulous financial analysis and management on active projects
  • Provide comprehensive details and clear reporting on all cost fluctuations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities including predictive modeling
  • Produce End of Project Financial reviews benchmarking
  • Actuals V Forecasted P/L’s bid teams had approved to win project work
  • Collaborate with operational, commercial and solutions teams to provide feedback on pricing and deal structures.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial reporting.
  • Support Program Managers and Project Managers on any financial queries needed and investigate with Corporate Finance when required.
  • Take the lead on BI Financial reporting needs working with Analytics to ensure accuracy of information presented to the business
