The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a financial professional with strong analytical abilities to join our Accounting & Finance team as a Financial Analyst. **NOTE: This role is hybrid-eligible and can be based out of any of our four offices: Meridian, ID, Portland, OR, Renton, WA, or Bend, OR. How you will make an impact at TPG As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. From budgeting and forecasting to reporting and analysis, you’ll help ensure the accuracy of our financial records and contribute to the company’s overall success. A typical day in this role Partner with finance leaders to support the annual budget, forecasts, and financial planning Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and other reporting tools Audit revenue and expense allocations, investigate variances, and present findings Provide financial insights and recommendations to business partners across departments Support accounting and finance team projects and contribute to process improvements Key details Location: Meridian, ID, Portland, OR, Renton, WA, or Bend, OR; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 annually (DOE) Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time. Travel: Minimal, if any Requirements What you’ll bring to the table Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field required
